To provide our athletes more representation beyond their high school and collegiate careers, our CEO,

J. Vincent Demps brought together a team of former professional athletes, coaches, and licensed agents. Mr. Demps has been mentored by registered agents who have represented current and former professional players in their prospective leagues. Through this relationship, Mr. Demps has learned agent regulations, player associations, endorsements, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparations, recruiting, marketing, and ethics related to athlete representation. Mr. Demps is a FIBA/WNBPA Certified Agent and a multi-state licensed athlete agent who is knowledgeable in NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) laws.

Mr. Demps a New York City native, has a tireless work ethic, diligence, ability to multitask, outstanding leadership skills, and a drive to succeed. He has prior knowledge in all sports but growing up in Harlem, N.Y. where basketball was the most popular sport at the time is where his deep passion and understanding of the game started. Mr. Demps has a long history of mentoring the youth and still occasionally visits schools in the Tennessee and Mississippi area to discuss job opportunities for students after high school and college. As a Fisk University Alum, he serves as President of the Memphis Fisk Alumni Association and the Board Chairman of the Mary E Demps Scholarship Fund which raises money for students attending HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges and Universities). Mr. Demps is an active life member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. He holds a leadership position within his fraternity chapter and sits on the Scholarship Leadership Foundation. He brings this same passion to the sports industry, working to build a long-standing relationship with his clients while empowering them to be not only the best athletes but businesspeople they can be. All these point to Mr. Demps’ keen sense of leadership, teamwork, and community engagement as well as his networking potential as an agent advisor. His experience with leading and managing an organization gives him the ability to make strategic decisions, while his philanthropic endeavors highlight his commitment to making a positive difference in his community.

 

Over the last 20 years, Mr. Demps has managed a successful full-service investigative firm that provides background checks and surveillance for many insurance companies, private wealth clients, and Fortune 500 companies. He is a decorated military veteran of Operation Desert Storm who holds over twelve private investigator licenses. He is a certified trainer in five states and, is one of only five certified private investigator trainers in the State of Tennessee. Mr. Demps is a graduate of Fisk University who has studied Political Science and Business Management and holds degrees in Cybersecurity, and Homeland Security. He is presently enrolled at the University of Tennessee College of Law, studying contract law and business management. 

 

Our partnerships, allow us to represent our student-athletes as they ascend to the professional sports level. We are still responsible for mentoring athletes, recruiting through relationships, dealing with day-to-day issues and challenges, and promoting them during their professional careers as we set them up for success in their post-career lives. As you transition from your collegiate careers to the professional level we have the resources to represent you as we work alongside certified NBA, WNBA, NFL, CFL, NHL, MLB, and FIFA agents. In addition to access, we will have information on scouting reports, pro days, draft reports, and analysis as we recruit and market from a position of relationship, research, and reality.
