Mr. Levi Sherriff

Levi Sherriff is a highly skilled and passionate basketball coach known for his exceptional commitment to excellence and player development. Most recently serving as an Assistant Coach at Montgomery County Community College during the 2023-2024 season, he has established a proven track record of success. A graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor's degree, Coach Sherriff brings a deep understanding of the game to his coaching endeavors.

During his time at Montgomery County Community College, Coach Sherriff played a crucial role in steering the team to an outstanding overall record of 28-3, including an impressive 27-1 in the regular season. His leadership helped secure championships in the EPAC, Region XIX, and District 12, earning the Coaching Staff of the Year honors in all three conferences. Additionally, under his guidance, the team made a remarkable run to the national championship, finishing 6th at the NJCAA D3 National Tournament.

Levi's basketball journey began as the Men's Basketball Manager at St. Joseph High School, where he was integral in preparing practices and managing logistics to ensure a productive environment for the team. His knack for accuracy in tracking player statistics and coordinating schedules helped streamline operations and enhance team performance.

Further advancing his career, Coach Sherriff took on the role of Intramural Sports Coordinator at Marquette University. There, his exceptional organizational skills shone as he managed practice schedules and orchestrated various basketball-related activities, solidifying his expertise in the operational side of the game.

Beyond his technical abilities, Coach Sherriff is deeply committed to fostering a positive and supportive team environment. His dedication to mentoring youth is evidenced by his service as President of Allies Of The Club at Marquette University, where he collaborated with the Boys and Girls Club to inspire high school students in underserved communities, instilling in them a passion for basketball and essential life skills.
