S.S. A graduate of the Vermont Law School, Richards earned his Juris Doctor in 2009, demonstrating exceptional leadership as an elected member of both the Phi Alpha Delta and the Black Law Students Association Executive Boards. His involvement in various on-campus organizations, particularly the Mentor program for first-year students, showcases his passion for fostering community and supporting emerging legal minds.

After returning to his roots in the Nashville area, Richards began his legal career in private practice before transitioning to a role with the Walton County Government. This experience enriched his understanding of the legal system and solidified his commitment to public service. Eventually, he returned to Nashville, where he has continued to advocate vigorously for the rights of his clients, with a unique focus on those in the criminal law, family law, estate planning, civil litigation, sports and entertainment industry.

Richards holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Tennessee State University, where he laid the groundwork for his legal career and honed his analytical skills.
